Quality Policy

The company’s management demonstrates its leadership and commitment to the quality management system by implementing the following quality policy.

R. ESPINAR, S.L., as a design, manufacturing and after-sales service company of laboratory equipment complies with all applicable legislation to laboratory apparatus and pressure equipment manufacture, as well as any other applicable requirements.

The quality management system of R. ESPINAR, S.L., is described in the Quality Manual and detailed in the Manual of Procedures, in accordance with the requirements of the standard UNE – EN ISO 9001:2015

The aim of the Quality Policy of R. ESPINAR, is to supply all times and to all customers, defect free products within the stipulated deadlines. Team work is vital to the success of the company and therefore, this policy applies both to external and internal customers.

R. ESPINAR, S.L., monitors the status of its quality management system by means of Internal Audits, Reviews by the Management, customer feedback and implementing the continuous improvement of the quality management system.

This Quality Policy ensures that appropriate measures are taken to ensure the safety of persons.

Therefore, it is necessary that quality is understood, applied and updated at all levels of the company and all the external partners of Company. Each person is responsible for the quality of his own work.

A strategic objective of R. ESPINAR, S.L. is to achieve a high level of competitiveness in the market, as well as profitability from the internal point of view of the company.

The final result is to ensure the achievement of the following goals:

  • Ensure the satisfaction of customers and other parties concerned. 
  • Ensure the satisfaction of the employees. 
  • Ensure economic efficiency.

For the fulfilment of these goals the direction establishes the necessary measures to ensure that its System of the Quality:

  • Is spread to all areas of the company. 
  • It is understood. 
  • Is applied.
  • Is reviewed and updated. 

The Management acquires, in addition, the commitment to provide all necessary human and material resources needed to bring the company’s Quality Policy to a successful conclusion promoting the risk-based thinking.

The management of the company declares that it is mandatory to comply with the requirements contained in the documentation that constitutes the Quality Management System.
