Vertical laboratory autoclaves with super-drying system

The TLV-PD Series vertical autoclaves with super-drying system using a heated jacket and high performance water ring pump are designed to provide advanced sterilization of solids in industrial and research environments in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical and biotech industries sterilizing glass, porous materials, packaged solids and objects of complex geometries.

All Top line vertical floor-standing autoclaves feature the most advanced connectivity in the market and comply with the latest advancements in electronic records and data control to work under FDA, GMP and GLP environments.

State-of-the-art technology for advanced solid sterilization

COMPLETELY DRIES THE LOAD THANKS TO THE SUPER-DRYING SYSTEM

Thanks to its final drying function using a heating jacket and vacuum pump, the load will be completely dry at the end of the cycle, ensuring safe processing of porous solids and packaged objects. There is no need to dry the load in an external oven.

Modern design and fully automatic

State-of-the-art technology. Push-button-controlled mechanically assisted door. Instant steam production by the built-in steam generator. Air inlet and outlet fitted with a bacteriological filter. Equipped with a high-performance liquid ring vacuum pump specifically for a quicker fractionated prevacuum phase. Heating jacket to completely dry solid loads. F₀-controlled sterilizations thanks to the integrated flexible probes. Automatic filling from the water network. Water-cooled direct discharge.

Cloud-based connectivity and advanced technical support

Advanced technical support: Book and request technical assistance directly from the controller, use TeamViewer® for screen sharing, and authorize a remote diagnosis of the equipment's status. Additionally, enjoy centralized management for several autoclaves with tailored reports, handle notifications across multiple devices, and ensure automatic traceability for audits, all protected with SSL encryption. The cloud-based management software is adaptable for integration on a private server through Docker, Active Directory, or LIMS.

A. Prevacuum phase
In this phase the cold air in the chamber is mechanically purged at high speed by means of multiple vacuum pulses. At the same time, the steam generator is activated, which will inject saturated steam into the chamber. This process removes non-condensable gases from inside the chamber, eradicating the presence of cold air pockets and facilitating steam access to any geometry of the load.
B. Heating phase
In this phase, the steam generator continues to inject saturated steam into the chamber until the sterilization temperature is reached.
C. Sterilization phase
Upon reaching the sterilization temperature in the medium, the sterilization phase begins and the temperature is accurately sustained for the predefined duration.
D. Vacuum drying phase
In programs for solid loads, a fast vacuum drying phase begins using the vacuum pump and heating jacket to completely dry the load. However, in programs for liquid loads, this phase is not carried out.
E. Cooling phase
After the load is fully dry, a natural cooling phase begins, ending once the temperature drops to a level that's safe for handling the load without burning oneself. Then, the door can be unlocked, and the load can be taken out. In programs with agar mode activated, the preset temperature is maintained indefinitely. Optionally, the agar mode can be configured to maintain a constant temperature.
