The Portal is designed to improve the experience of distributors and customers, making it easier to access documentation, manage equipment, track technical support cases, and communicate with RAYPA from a single digital environment.

How to access the RAYPA Portal

The steps to register on the RAYPA Portal vary depending on the user profile:
Access for distributors
Distributor access to the Portal is by invitation. If you are a distributor, you will receive an email with a link to create your account.
Note: invitations will be sent progressively. If you need to access the Portal before receiving your invitation, we recommend contacting your RAYPA sales representative.
Access for customers
If you are a customer, you can access the Portal directly and create your account to register your equipment, consult the available documentation, and track your support requests.
